• Please consider, as we work with natural leather, scratches or small marks are inevitable, this is part of the whole evolutionary journey of natural leather, and it gives uniqueness to your key fob
• When you insert the key into the case the first time, it may seem a little too tight. But don’t worry. We intentionally made it tight so that it would be a perfect fit.
• Please use the product carefully, and it will last you a lifetime

• This product is strictly for personal use; it is forbidden to sell it or to monetize it in any way.
Shipping
• Process time: 4-6 business days. [all hand made items]

Return Policy
1) Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
2) Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
3) Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
- Customized items (personalized stamp, custom leather & stitch color) cannot be return/refund/credit.
- No restocking fee.
- Return item must be a brand-new, unused, undamaged item in its original packaging. We do not issue refund/credit for the used items.
- Return shipping fee: Customer responsible for shipping costs of unwanted items.
We will send a return label if the customer received a damaged/defected item.
- Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.
- If a customer ordered the wrong item, we do not issue refund & credit.
- Exchange and refund available if the item damaged/defected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
### Return is not acceptable if you insert your key to a case once, or applied a personalized stamp.
### If the key is lost as the screw hardware is loosened, we do not take any responsibility and will not compensate you.
Be sure to tighten the screw hardware or apply a little superglue to the inside of the screw to prevent the screw from loosening.
### The color of the leather varies from piece to piece due to the nature of natural Veg-Tanned leather. And Veg-Tanned also has a characteristic that darkens little by little over time.
Therefore, depending on the timing of the leather's shipment, the color may be bright or dark, and there may be leather materials, wrinkles, and spots on each part.
Therefore, exchange or refund is not possible just because the color of the leather is different from the picture.
