Yes. You can personalize your cover with letters, numbers and select symbols . The personalization is stamped on one line on the back side of the cover for a clean and elegant look. If you wish to change the thread or trim leather color, you can purchase the “Customized Color Option” add‑on. This add‑on offers colors such as yellow, red, brown and navy . Please note that exact color matching isn’t guaranteed and customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged .

Each cover is made to order, so please allow 4–6 business days for production . For U.S. shipping, we offer Standard USPS Ground Advantage (3–4 business days with $100 insurance) and USPS Priority (2–3 business days with $100 insurance).
International customers can choose USPS First‑Class or UPS; First‑Class is economical but may take 10 days to 3–4 weeks and could be returned due to customs issues .

These subtle variations are natural features of real leather and are not considered defects or valid grounds for returns or exchanges.
• Personalized Orders
  Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom initials/stamping) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
• Non-Personalized Orders
  Returns and cancellations for standard, non-personalized items are accepted only in certain cases, provided the item is in its original, unused, and 100% sellable condition (never inserted with a key fob or hardware).
• Incorrect Customer Selections
  Orders placed with incorrect model, size, button type, or color selections made by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your specifications before placing your order.
• Shipping & Delivery Delays
  We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or courier errors once an item has been dispatched. Refunds or exchanges are not provided for shipping delays or carrier losses.
